Channel Manager Website Integration
The new Response “Channel Manager” account facilitates integration with select web sites such as Commerce V3 (CV3), Amazon, Magento and Volusion. (Referred to in this document as “web stores”) The Channel Manager allows Response to communicate with your web store. Using this Response interface, XML’s are sent thru the Channel Manager account to update inventory qty on the designated web store and pull orders from the Web Store into Response tables. Other tasks can be accomplished as well.

Software Development Kit (Response Connectivity Kit - RCK)
The Response Connectivity Kit (RCK) is an ActiveX interface to the Response system. Like an API, it provides a broad range of functions to request and submit data to the Response back-end database. The purpose is to provide external programs, such as a shopping cart, with the ability to access important Response data in real-time. Besides querying and validating data, the RCK provides functions for creating new records in Response. This capability is used, for example, to submit orders in real-time from the web shopping cart to the Response back-end without going through any intermediate files.
Supports a Variety of Development Tools
Any development tool that can use ActiveX controls can utilize the RCK. A short list of development tools that can use ActiveX controls are:

- Microsoft Visual J++
- Microsoft Active Server Pages
- Windows Scripting Engine
