We have been working with Response since November 2009. We set up in test mode in April 2010 and went live on July 1st. We do a fairly large mail order business, as well as wholesale and some intercompany sales, so we are set up with 4 different companies, which in part have their own rules, requirements and databases. Each of the databases, some of them quite large, needed to be imported into Reponse and checked for accuracy. In addition, we sometimes do things differently than the standard business practices Response is set up for. Because of this we needed some custom functionality and custom reports to accommodate our practices.Working with Scott and his team has been wonderful. They are quick to respond, listen well to our needs and work hard to meet them. All through my long list of custom requests, Scott has remained open and enthusiastic, seeing our needs as an interesting challenge to be met rather than any kind of burden. The implementation went smoothly and Scott and his team have been there all the way to take care of any glitches as soon as they arose, allowing us to quickly become fully operational with a minimum of headaches. Within 6 months I have been able to get almost all of the custom functions I had been been requesting from our previous software company for 7 years!Obviously, choosing mail order software is a big untertaking and not one that anyone does lightly, but if you are ready to take that step I highly recommend Scott, Colinear and Response to get you where you want to go.
