All Response users should
attend the Response User's Group conference. If you don't, you
are missing out -- big time! As a first time attendee, I was
amazed how much additional information I learned about
the capabilities of this incredible software. More importantly,
we had an opportunity to discuss our needs and/or unique
problems with CoLinear's
personnel, as well as share ideas with other Response users.
This is one conference I've already scheduled for next
year.

It was our first time

I've attended the
User Conference practically every year since the very first one
in 1994. You can't even begin to understand what you're missing
if you don't.

Attending RUG is
one of the most important ways we can leverage our investment in
Response. I've been attending for years and have always come
away knowing the time and money were well-spent. We
consistently learn new ways to use Response to make our business
run better. Plus, the time away from the daily pressures of the
office rubbing shoulders with CEO's and top technical staff from
other successful mail order operations is a great way to pick up
new ideas.

We have been a
client for 3+ years and this was the first RUG we attended.
I now know it was a mistake to
pass up the conference the past 3 years. We did not attend in
past years mainly because we were new and struggling and cost
was an issue. It was fun, informative and a "MUST" for
R4W users! Thanks for a great few days.

These sessions at the last few
RUGs have led to us getting solutions to some of our biggest
operational problems which in turn have led to us being more
profitable. At this RUG alone we heard ways we could improve
our packing stations, save money on credit card processing,
improve square inch analysis, improve report generation, and
better manage customer service and order processing on our
websites to just name a few.
