January 18, 2008I’m very pleased to announce the 2008 Annual Response User Group Conference will be held April 23-26 at the beautiful Evergreen Stone Mountain Resort in Atlanta, GA.
We have several great days planned starting Wednesday, April 23 with the Welcome Reception and Vendor Showcase plus optional pre-conference activities including golf, hiking, and the Stone Mountain Theme Park. Thursday and Friday will be all-day group sessions, networking, and informative presentations. Thursday evening we’ll board the Henry W. Grady Riverboat for a relaxing sunset dinner cruise. Saturday’s training workshop will cover the Response Data Model, the entire Response Order Processing workflow, and how to view and analyze your data in every step along the way using Crystal Reports and other external data analysis tools.
More than
anything, I want to share with you my vision of CoLinear Systems and
RESPONSE moving forward. I’m sure that many of you are wondering what
changes are in store for the company and the product, and I’ll share my
goals with you.
Additionally, we’ll be unveiling RESPONSE Version 10 at the conference.
You will be amazed what you’ll be capable of accomplishing in the new
version. Highlights include tight QuickBooks integration, a completely
re-written, two-way CommerceV3 shopping cart interface (including
automatic product updates, order downloads, and catalog requests),
multiple payment types on an order including the ability to sell,
redeem, charge, and query the balance of Gift Cards, and many, many more
enhancements that will make Response more powerful and easier to use
than ever before.

details. All fees are exclusive of hotel room, however, which must be
booked separately.

recommend sending at least two people. The return on your
investment is two-fold by the personal relationships
established with Colinear staff, as well as the invaluable
networking with other users. The vendors showcase was a
great way to find out about other services that are
available as well. Knowledge is power! We highly recommend

Thanks for another great RUG! While I enjoy the
