New Features of build 5107

• Import Deposits – Users can now import deposits against orders that currently exist in Response. Again this only works for orders not invoices. When deposits are imported the associated orders payments and balance due will be updated to reflect the changes.
• Bin/Zone Restrictions – Bins within a warehouse can now be assigned a zone. The pick ticket printing menu has been updated to refelect this addition. Now when printing picking tickets users can restrict what is printed based on the bin zone. Use this feature if you only want to print lines for items that exist only in certain areas of the warehouse.
• PBX Interface for VOIP/Generic Phones – Pop module now works with cloud-based and VOIP-based phone systems, no TAPI required! contact CoLinear for more information.
• Life time sales (Dollar)/Profit now calculated and stored for each customer.
• Receipts and Adjustments now stored the work order job number in the comments field when receiving a work job in the assembly and finished goods module
• Temporary User Licensing – Temporary licensing is now available. For a complete explanation see our Temporary Licensing FAQ for more details.
• Separate Item ID into Keywords – parse the Item ID into keywords (normally only includes the Item ID as a keyword)

• New Inventory Color Expression support. Color the background of the Inventory Item view based on user selected criteria.

• New SPE function – {get_if_info(message,)} allows optional display of messages within color highlighting to create popups
• receipts/adjustments reason codes. Can now use File / Reason Codes / Receipts and Adjustments Reasons to create pre-defined reason codes and use selector in Inventory Receipts and Adjustments
• Optimization Attachments/Record Notes/Attributes detection
• Added vendor purchasing qty price breaks.
• Optimization – Startup and range refresh of picking tickets SQL optimized
• Optimization – Batching of orders in Picking Tickets and Authorize New Orders made 50% – 75% faster when large order number ranges used
• Military StarCard integration – must be using TransFirst payment processing to utilize this, contact Support@CoLinear.com for more information
• Flag Options view is now resizeable
• New response.vd7 is 5MB smaller. This improves on client load time performance by 20%
• The substitute items popup will not display substitute item(s) in auto-popup if substitute is closeout and <= 0 available
• Channel Manager Connector = now sending Popup, Large, and Thumbnail image links for the CV3 connector when present using replace_existing=”true” flag
• Orbital Gateway now certified for Paymentech/Tampa/Versatalis Payment Processing
• Inventory Audit Trail – added new flag option EnableInventoryAudit.flg which allows setting fields to audit within the built-in security system. Auditing for all tab
• ReOrder function / Clone Order Function. New button available in (customer service lookup / Orders). This Creates a copy of an order and loads in Order Entry.

We have completed converting our DSA report to instead use a SQL stored procedure to run all the calculations made against the data. With this change the DSA report now completes at lightning fast speeds! One comparison we ran showed that the old method took 2min, 35sec to complete for a 4 day specification. However, with the new changes the report took only 2 seconds to run with the exact same criteria.
