Catalog Square Inch Analysis
The Catalog Square Inch analysis will supply you with valuble information about how well your catalogs are bringing in orders. The analysis can get down to the level of how well a section of a page performed compared to other sections or pages. You can then use this information to determine what gets the best response from your customers and better target products to them.
Mailing Lists and Labels
The Mailing List and Labels module allows you to pull name and address information from the customer, prospect, order, vendor datafiles (or some other source) and print these names and addresses on mailing labels, and optionally update the last media and times mailed for the customers and prospects in the list that was printed.

Finder File + Media Matchback
The Response Finder File is a part of our Address list Management functionality. The purpose of the Finder file is to store all the promotional data for the next release of promotional content. Each person you are sending the promo to will be assigned a key. If a customer who received the promotion calls to place an order, they can be identified by this key. This will allow you to track the success of your promo. Response give you the option of storing this is either a table of your main database, or we can provide you with the means to store all this data in a separate database, and not cluttering up your main one. Coupon Management
The Response Coupon Manager allows users to create simple as well as complex coupons for driving sales. Coupons can drive free shipping or only discount designated items. Coupons can have a specific number of uses, and start and expire on certain days. With our expression editor and the ability to access the database directly coupon restrictions can be as complex or as simple as needed.
Customer Buying Groups
Buying groups are used to sell customers a club membership or subscription that gives them a discount on select items. Once a customer has bought into a buying group they will be given the discount on the select items until the subscription/membership has expired. At any point the subscription can be purchased again to increase the number of days the discount is available.
Recency/Frequency/Monetary (Traditional RFM)
The Response RFM module is used to calculate the value of your customers in terms
of how recently they have purchased from you [recency]; how often they have purchased [frequency]; and how much money they’ve spent [monetary]. Since RFM is completely user-configurable—not just in terms of behavior scoring but also in the relative weighting between R, F and M themselves—the analysis can be performed in a highly granular manner to best suit your own customer’s purchasing behavior and thereby optimize the results.

Referral Storage and Tracking
The Response Referrals Module keeps track of customers who have referred others to become customers. We make it easy to track and display records of each referral to see who is bringing in the most new customers.
