With Response, customer service is a breeze. Quickly look up customers, their orders, product availability, shipment tracking information, and log comments on customer records, quickly and easily. With Response’s Microsoft SQL Server database, finding records is instant — whether you have hundreds of customers or millions. Once you find the customer, access their receivables, payment history, RMA’s, demographic information, returns, shipments, mail preferences, and full activity log — all with the click of a button.
Contract Pricing
Contract pricing (AKA Special Pricing) allows users to give specific customers specific prices agreed upon by the two. For more information on contract pricing review our support document found here
Accounts Receivable
The A/R module allows users to create invoices for orders placed on account. These invoices can be tracked, and managed through the invoices view. Enter payments against invoices, credits, debits, all in on place.
Automated Emails
Response Supports the creation and sending of automated emails generated during multiple stages of the order management life cycle.

Automated emails for order receipts and order shipment confirmations are currently the most used automated emails. These E-mails can look like anything you want and include as much HTML/CSS styling that you need. However, it is important to remember that not all email clients treat HTML the same.

We send the emails using a 3rd party Program called Postie. Postie takes the files generated by Response and sends them to your SMTP (Smart Mail Transport Protocol) server for sending to customers. Sending emails is easy as well. we can automate the sending process so you never have to worry about sending them yourself!
